Low-pollution crushing method "Electric Discharge Crushing Method"

It is a low-pollution type crushing method that has a higher crushing effect compared to crushing caused by cement expansion pressure and does not fall under explosives!

The "Electric Discharge Crushing Method" is a crushing technique that utilizes expansion from electrical energy. It excels in pollution characteristics such as noise, vibration, and dust, with a crushing efficiency of 5 to 25 m³ per day. The crushing force can be adjusted from a minimum of approximately 10 cm x 10 cm (concrete). Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ Control of crushing force allows for control of noise and vibration ■ Applicable to hard rock (uniaxial compressive strength of 350 MPa) and reinforced concrete ■ Easy handling of equipment and cartridges ■ If there is a gap between the adjacent structure, it will not have an impact ■ No legal regulations apply, so no qualifications or notifications are required during construction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Ace Sand Method

Fluidize the excavated soil on-site. Please use it widely for backfill materials, filling materials, embankment materials, etc.

The "Ace Sand Method" is a revolutionary technique that pumps backfill materials such as mountain sand into areas where backfilling is difficult. It allows for the recycling of construction by-products (on-site generated soil). This simple and compact plant is capable of handling small-scale projects, while also having a large construction capacity that shortens construction periods and does not restrict the timing of backfilling. Please feel free to use it widely for backfill materials, filling materials, embankment materials, etc. 【Features】 ■ Pumps backfill materials such as mountain sand into areas where backfilling is difficult ■ Good fluidity allows for filling into every corner and can accommodate complex terrains ■ Effective for preventing consolidation settlement and liquefaction ■ Reduces cement usage and improves the utilization rate of generated soil ■ Easily suppresses bleeding by incorporating a small amount of air bubbles *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

New construction work - Sliding method (Sliding/Slip form method)

Shortened construction period! This is a method that raises the work floor along with the jack.

The slide construction method involves attaching formwork and internal and external working platforms to a frame made of steel (such as H-beams) called a yoke, and then using jacks to raise the working platforms along with steel rods embedded in concrete as reaction forces. The working platforms are constructed in three tiers—upper, middle, and lower—according to the work requirements, with rebar reinforcement, concrete pouring, and plaster finishing both inside and outside. Additionally, if the roof of structures like silos is made of steel, connecting the steel parts to the yoke and raising them simultaneously makes it easier to maintain verticality and roundness, eliminates the need for steel frame erection, and enhances safety. **Features** - The biggest feature of the slide construction method is the reduction of construction time. - Concrete pouring can be done daily after the assembly of the equipment is completed. - It is ideal for super-tall chimneys (H=100-200m) and sites with no construction time constraints. - Continuous concrete pouring minimizes joints. - It is also beneficial in terms of quality. For more details, please contact us.
